We recommend all non-members pre-book online, including babies, even if attending on a day when kids visit free.
The Melbourne Zoo Team are undertaking maintenance works across the site. The following planned works may impact visitor paths and animal visibility.
* Tuesday 30 April - Thursday 2 May - there will be partial path closures along the Gorilla Rainforest Trail and the Tiger on the Trail of the Elephant precinct will not be viewable.
* Monday 6 May - Friday 17 May - horticultural works will be undertaken across the Zoo. Some temporary path closures and select animals may not viewable for short periods during this time.
